The Veterinary Care Center is a busy, privately owned small animal hospital with a loyal client base and a highly experienced support team.

Our paperless, Cornerstone-based hospital is fully equipped to support high-quality, efficient medicine, including ultrasound, digital radiography (including dental imaging), surgical and therapy lasers, and a full in-house IDEXX laboratory.

We also offer both traditional and select holistic services.

What your role can look like

This is a flexible position that can be tailored to your strengths and interests, including:

• Wellness and general practice
• Medical and urgent care
• Surgery
• Dentistry

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team with approximately a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, including experienced RVTs and assistants.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation (hourly, salary, or per diem depending on role and experience)
• Approximately 3 weeks PTO (sick + vacation, prorated)

• CE allowance (~$2,500/year or approved as needed)
• Paid California license, DEA registration, and professional dues (SCVMA, CVMA)

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Active California veterinary license or eligibility
