Who you are

• Licensed DVM or VMD in Virginia (or able to obtain)
• Comfortable with general medicine and surgery, or motivated to grow with mentorship
• Enjoy working closely with a strong technician and assistant team
• Value communication, empathy, and teamwork
• Interested in Fear Free care
• Open to working with exotics, or at least willing to learn

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose, treat, and perform surgery for companion animals
• Option to work with exotics such as rabbits, birds, and reptiles
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Collaborate with highly trained technicians and assistants
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Contribute to a positive, learning-focused environment
