AAA Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced and compassionate team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates professionally, and genuinely cares about both clients and patients.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a confident veterinary receptionist who can multitask efficiently, handle high call volume, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting our medical team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Managing multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Checking patients in and out accurately
• Educating clients on services, medications, and preventive care
• Handling estimates, invoices, and payments
• Communicating effectively with veterinarians and technical staff
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Assisting in keeping the hospital organized and running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years veterinary receptionist experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology
• Experience with veterinary software programs, Avimark/Pulse preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations

Pay range:

$18.00-$21.00, depending on knowledge and experience
