Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian.

• In-clinic appointments
• Collaborative, team-based environment

Compensation

• $140,000 – $170,000 base salary
• Production bonus (18–22%)
• Retention bonus:

• Paid bi-weekly

Work Schedule & Balance

• 2-4 days per week / 10 hours per day
• Flexible scheduling
• Minimal or no weekends
• 30-minute appointment times
